Founded by Dr. Melissa Walsh, a board-certified OB/GYN physician executive with 15+ years of experience advancing healthcare across public, nonprofit, academic, and tech-enabled settings. She has cared for thousands of patients, trained future clinicians, and served as National Medical Director of a virtual maternal-newborn health program that scaled nationwide and improved outcomes for Medicaid as well as commercially insured patients.
At EHIG, Dr. Walsh now partners with mission-driven organizations at the intersection of clinical care, digital health, and public health strategy to design equitable, clinically grounded, and responsibly AI-enabled strategies that strengthen trust, improve outcomes, and drive meaningful health equity.
